ORDER DISPATCH

All Georgini orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.


AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Georgini DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, please provide a business address or home address.

Delivery within Australia is free of charge for orders over $100 - for any orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies and $20 for express shipping.

In most cases, delivery takes between 1 and 3 business days from receipt of order, during holiday periods, this time may vary. Delivery is made through our logistic partner AusPost, Monday to Friday.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via FedEx (with the exception of New Zealand which is shipped with AusPost) with tracking and signature on delivery. Georgini offers international shipping with a flat fee of AU$25.00, with free shipping for all orders over AU$200.00.

Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country. All international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return any piece of jewellery within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned brand new, unworn and unscratched, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material to qualify for a refund (this includes any free promotional items you received with your purchase).

There is no need to let us know in advance if you wish to return something. Simply ensure that you include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase with proof of purchase and all associated material.

Your returned item(s) remains your responsibility until it reaches Georgini.

Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed onto the same payment method used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

No credits or refunds can be offered if you have received a product free of charge in conjunction with an offer on georgini.com.au.
