RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return any piece of jewellery within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned brand new, unworn and unscratched, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material to qualify for a refund (this includes any free promotional items you received with your purchase).

There is no need to let us know in advance if you wish to return something. Simply ensure that you include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase with proof of purchase and all associated material.

Your returned item(s) remains your responsibility until it reaches Georgini.

Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed onto the same payment method used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

No credits or refunds can be offered if you have received a product free of charge in conjunction with an offer on georgini.com.au.
