HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM TO GEORGINI?

Simply fill out your return slip, package your jewellery in its original packaging and post it to:

PO BOX 7338 ALEXANDRIA NSW 2015

Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your card.

We recommend using registered post as GEORGINI cannot be held liable for any loss during transit.

I HAVE WORN MY JEWELLERY, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return the item within 100 days and we will offer a credit to be used on www.georgini.com.au. All credits are valid for 12 months. A refund can only be offered for brand new items returned in their original packaging. This offer is only valid for purchases that have been made online through Georgini.com.au or Georgini.com. This offer is not available for purchases made via any third party web store, Georgini concept stores or Georgini stockists in Australia or Internationally.

CAN I PURCHASE AN ITEM WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

In order to purchase from www.georgini.com.au, it is essential to create an account and to fill out all relevant information.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ON GEORGINI ONLINE?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal only.

MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED BUT I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED THAT AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, WHY IS THIS?

On the rare occasions an item at our Fulfilment Centre may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we go to pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in these instances.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

When you purchase from GEORGINI Online, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the shipping company to track your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

GEORGINI will dispatch all orders as soon as possible. All freight is sent using STARTRACK Overnight, however please allow 2-4 business days to receive your order.

CAN I EXCHANGE A GIFT I HAVE RECEIVED THAT WAS PURCHASED ONLINE?

Yes, however the original purchaser must return the item as any refunds or credits will be reflected on their account..

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changes or cancellations to your order can be made by contacting the Online Customer Service Team at online@georgini.com.au. We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OFFERED?

No, currently delivery is only available within Australia.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY GEORGINI JEWELLERY?

Clean jewellery with a soft silver polishing cloth. Never use chemical based silver cleaners because this will damage the finish and also any inlaid gemstones. Wash with a mild solution of dishwashing liquid, rinse in warm water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Remove jewellery when showering, doing housework or gardening. Avoid perfume or any other chemicals coming into contact with the jewellery.
